This Add-On Back Ritual includes two types of dry brushing for relaxing the nervous system and exfoliating the skin, followed by layers of a luxurious skin superfood mask made from organically sourced, ceremonial grade cacao- tended by Mayan medicine women.
Intricate and designs are drawn into the mask, revealing your energetic patterns. Steam compresses remove the mask, and a warm oil back massage soothes the nerves around the spine and enhancing the flow of Kundalini energy.

Lymphatic Drainage
This is a dry massage treatment that works with the layers of tissue and fluid that lies between your skin and muscle. It begins with dry brushing the skin, then activating the lymph nodes, and then moving the lymph fluid to the nodes with graceful effleurage. It is very calming for the nervous system and helps reduce anxiety. It is a gentle, nurturing treatment, that boosts immunity by cleaning toxins from the body through moveing the lymph fluid- helping your resistance to viruses and accelerating wound healing. By flushing the fluid, bloating and puffiness is reduced. Excellent for post surgery, post natal, or those suffering from having to sit all day.
