  • This wellness office is available for psychotherapists, life coaches, and energy healers or service providers in the health and wellness space looking for a peaceful, professional environment in Portsmouth, NH.

  • Full days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

    Half days (8am–3pm): Thursday and Friday
    Pick the days that work best for you—flexible scheduling makes it easy to build your practice on your terms.

  • Nope. This is a low-commitment, low-cost setup with a 6-month renewable lease.

  • Rates are calculated per day and paid monthly (on the 1st of each month):

    • 1 full day/week: $140 per day

    • 2 full days/week: $120 per day

    • 3 full days/week: $100 per day

    Each rental day covers 9 hours (8am–5pm).
